I have a few bumps on the lips of my vagina only two or three, and they're small.

I'm itchy, and I have a white cheesy discharge. The itchyness goes away on my period, but the few bumps always stay. The bumps aren't itchy, but the insides of the lips of my vagina are.  I did the sympton checker and it says I might have Chlamydia.. are these bumps consistant to this disease?
