Question

I had unprotected sex about 5 months ago and recently ive been feeling weird. I have had a few fevers and have felt a bit more tired then usual. I went to get an hiv test bout 3 months after it and it came back negative then I went back bout 2 wks later to get another one and again came back negative. So I thaught that was the end of that but yesterday I had another fever and when I woke up and went to the bathroom I spit out some yellow mucus with blood in it. Im just wondering what can it be that I have.
